LETTER OF APPLICATION
Although teenagers usually apply in person for a job, that is
primarily because they are applying for entry - level jobs. At
the next rung of the ladder, applying for a more professional
position, a letter of application is often requested.
To prepare yourselves for this level, write a letter of
application in response to one of these ads below. Use the format
on the reverse side for your own personal data and the
appropriate heading. This letter will be kept in your portfolio
as a sample.
